Senior Change Consultant in Data and analytics

Accelerate the adoption of data – and utilise analytics and data science to enhance our products and services to our clients! The Data & Analytics team is one of the central enablers identified as a priority by Danske Bank’s Executive Leadership Team (ELT) with significant mandate and support. In the Data & Analytics change team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced change professional who enjoys making the complex simple and will create world class yet effective solutions for a very important and prioritised area in the bank.

Within the D&A team, the change management team will comprise of 6 professionals including the Head of Change based in Copenhagen and Vilnius.

This is a newly formed team that sits in one of the most foundational and important building blocks of the bank, working on programmes and initiatives that are highly prioritised by the ELT and business alike.

The team is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a digital native and keen to learn more about change management, while teaching the team more about digital tools and channel. The person needs to be organised and methodical, but also brings a creative and quirky side with them. They bring a great attitude, along with good communication and team skills.

You will:

  • Support the development of the change plan by understanding the programme and related change management issues
  • Set up the Change Management Office aligning change deliverables with project deliverables, coordinating across workstreams and stakeholders
  • Assess change impact by identifying key stakeholders, change resistances, and conducting change impact analyses to assess the scale and scope of the change and degree of readiness of key stakeholders
  • Develop communication materials including the design, development, delivery and management of communications and training. Leveraging digital technologies to reach end users efficiently and effectively
  • Develop actionable & targeted training plans that include the relevant change solutions
  • Develop evaluation of communications, training, value harvesting and change adoption

About you:

  • Proven experience in business change management, including design and delivery
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Organisational Behaviour, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline
  • Experience developing effective adoption interventions to improve sustainable behaviour change
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, solid communication skills to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders, and flexibility and expertise to work in ambiguous situations
  • 2-3 years of experience in management consulting within a consulting firm would be beneficial
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 2320 EUR to 3480 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
