Senior Business Risk and Controls Officer for Data Privacy Quality Review and Improvements

You will:

  • Ensure compliance with established quality standards in data protection processes
  • Analyse data and produce reports to enhance quality performance at both individual and team levels
  • Develop actionable proposals to address and prevent recurring deficiencies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of data protection processes and controls, offering strategic insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to optimise processes, solutions, and activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather insights and ensure alignment on improvement initiatives

About you:

  • 4-5 years of experience in data protection or quality assurance
  • Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, with a ability to implement them effectively in organisational processes and compliance frameworks
  • Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong analytical abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • A relevant higher education degree
  • Advanced skills in English, both spoken and written, is essential
  • Experience in international shared service centres or the banking sector is beneficial
  • A legal background or qualifications related to data protection are beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
