Your role and level of seniority will be tailored to your experience and expertise, enabling you to leverage your skills fully within our organisation.

You will:

Ensure compliance with established quality standards in data protection processes
Analyse data and produce reports to enhance quality performance at both individual and team levels
Develop actionable proposals to address and prevent recurring deficiencies
Evaluate the effectiveness of data protection processes and controls, offering strategic insights and recommendations for improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to optimise processes, solutions, and activities
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather insights and ensure alignment on improvement initiatives

About you:

4-5 years of experience in data protection or quality assurance
Comprehensive knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, with a ability to implement them effectively in organisational processes and compliance frameworks
Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong analytical abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
A relevant higher education degree
Advanced skills in English, both spoken and written, is essential
Experience in international shared service centres or the banking sector is beneficial
A legal background or qualifications related to data protection are beneficial

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
