The Housing Journeys Tribe offers an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality end-to-end experiences for both customers and colleagues within the mortgage finance journeys. This position is within the Modernized Housing Adviser Tool squad that is responsible for introducing a simple and modern advisory system within the housing sector in Denmark.

As a Senior Business Analyst with strong Quality Assurance competencies and a squad member of this motivated team, you will collaborate with experienced individuals who are focused on improving the advisory experience by minimizing the number of systems and ensuring a faster decision-making process for both our customers and advisers. We work agile with a team consisting of Product Owner, Business Analysts, developers and IT architect.

In this role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions by designing and implementing effective testing strategies. Collaborating closely with developers, business analysts and project managers, you will identify and resolve issues to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

You will:

Define test strategies and organise test setups
Develop, document and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure software functionality and usability
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable QA objectives
Lead, organise and conduct functional, usability and regression testing to ensure system stability
Identify, log and track defects using appropriate defect management tools (e.g. Jira), working closely with the development team to resolve issues
Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders, highlighting test results, defects and recommended improvements

About you:

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in an equivalent position, with solid experience in understanding business requirements and testing business applications
Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing roles, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and processes
Hands-on experience with test management tools and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail to effectively identify and resolve issues during the testing process
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and advanced English skills
Ability to operate independently with a solution-focused attitude and strong coordination skills in complex projects with many stakeholders
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and participation in Agile ceremonies
Domain knowledge would be beneficial

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
