Senior Business Analyst with Process management experience for Welcoming and Orchestration Tribe

We are currently offering an opportunity to join a dynamic Tribe within Danske Bank, where we welcome customers and provide product orchestration services to customer journey tribes. We develop IT solutions to support our customers across all customer journeys by delivering quick, transparent, and actionable ordering of banking products. Your closest colleagues will be a Product Owner, Solution Architect, Business Analysts, Process Partners, and a team of Software Engineers. We are based in Copenhagen, Vilnius, and Bangalore.

You will:

  • Document and drive initiatives within end-to-end process optimizations, analysis, automation, explore business needs, and address problems
  • Take an active role in enhancing customer interactions and experiences, streamlining processes from start to finish, optimizing operations through Lean methodologies, managing transformative changes, and overseeing project management practices within the PMO
  • Collaborate with relative stakeholders across squads to ensure business needs are accurately developed and implemented
  • Support stakeholders, users, and tech colleagues with quality assurance and testing

About you:

  • At least 3 years leading and transforming process optimization agenda, using your process-optimization toolbox actively with a proven track record
  • Knowledge of BPMN notation
  • Green/Black belt certification in Lean & Six Sigma or certified Lean Manager is a significant benefit
  • Advanced communication and facilitation skills alongside a data and process-oriented approach
  • Ability to influence without official authority and a curiosity about engaging in a large complex organization
  • Previous experience delivering training or providing mentoring/coaching on Lean and Process improvement methods is beneficial
  • Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
