You will:

Join the Risk and Compliance Tribe, collaborating with a community of business and IT professionals in cross-functional teams.

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and IT developers to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and system functionalities
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that improve internal processes, business performance, and customer/user experience
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to define and drive the strategic direction of projects
  • Identify and assess underlying business needs and risks to ensure effective solutions are developed
  • Engage with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams in a timely manner to ensure the development of compliant solutions
  • Work with other squad members to refine user stories and support backlog prioritisation
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the Business Analysts Chapter to spread best practices across the tribe

About you:

  • Understanding that the task is only complete when it delivers operational impact and aligns with customer-centric principles
  • Demonstrates proactiveness and collaborates with the Product Owner to define and drive the strategic direction
  • Ability to comprehend complex problems and communicate them clearly
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills for collaboration with colleagues in Denmark, Lithuania, and India
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and their functionality, with the ability to comprehend how various IT systems operate and interact with processes and other solutions
  • Strong ownership of tasks and a commitment to delivering them to completion
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Enjoyment of engaging with diverse teams and contributing actively to a positive team culture in a fast-paced, agile environment

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
