The workplace is in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

• Have previous BA experience in an IT setting
• Proficient analytical skills utilizing various analysis methods and techniques
• Can comprehend complex problems and communicate them clearly to business and technical audiences
• Good understanding of IT systems, their functionalities and being able to comprehend how various IT systems operate and interact with processes and other solutions
• SQL experience would be beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver them to completion
• Facilitate and demonstrate professional and clear communication between different stakeholders, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between different parties
• Upper-Intermediate English skills
