Senior Business Analyst in Data Protection

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Data Protection team, you will be building the processes and solutions in the 1^st line of defence which enables the bank to protect the rights of our customers and employees, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. • Have at least 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement field or similar
• Experience in creating instructions and guidelines such as Business Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures
• Have knowledge of data privacy and data protection, with practical experience in GDPR or other compliance regulations would be beneficial
• An understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks and processes would be beneficial
• Proficient with presentation tools such as PowerPoint
• Possess expert analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, alongside change management abilities
• Enjoy taking ownership and driving tasks to completion, while simplifying complex topics for clear communication
• Advanced English language skills
