As part of Danske Bank’s Third Party Risk Management organisation, the TPRM Risk Analytics & Supplier Assurance unit plays a vital role in maintaining and developing the third-party risk rating model and managing the bank’s portfolio of third parties. We are expanding our recently established team and invite you to collaborate with our specialists on our dual mandate: ensuring risk control while enabling the timely onboarding of third parties.

Our global team includes colleagues in Lithuania and Denmark. The ideal candidate will navigate the uncertainties of large transformations and demonstrate initiative and ownership from the outset, as this role provides minimal direction.

You will:

  • Perform quality assurance activities and control testing on the third-party risk management process and individual third parties
  • Document, develop, and maintain the third-party risk rating model and control framework in collaboration with the team
  • Establish and manage the quality management framework for third-party risk management
  • Support data analysis activities and ensure findings are accurately documented
  • Monitor internal and external requirements for third-party risk management and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Prepare reports and other business insights as needed
  • Act as a representative of our team across the organisation

About you:

The ideal candidate will have solid and demonstrated experience in:

  • Quality assurance: A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in quality assurance or audit activities (e.g. ISO 9001)
  • Information management: The ability to organise, structure, document, and disseminate complex information
  • Communication: A respectful and persuasive communication style
  • Stakeholder management: Strong collaboration skills to work across business units and achieve team goals
  • Microsoft Excel: Proficiency is essential
  • Soft skills: Responsibility, diplomacy, and curiosity
  • English proficiency: Advanced level

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
