As an IT Business Analyst, you will join a dynamic development Tribe where we own and drive the tooling and infrastructure enabling IT integrations in Danske Bank. The squad you will be joining:

We have several squads that can benefit from your skills – and to start with we expect you will join our squad responsible for asynchronous integrations, covering both technical platforms/tooling and the streaming developer journey. The squad is a cross-located team with members based in India, Denmark and Lithuania. The team is responsible for managing Kafka, RabbitMQ and IBM MQ (decentralized) while supporting developers in integrating asynchronous and event-driven solutions throughout the bank. As a business analyst your focus will be on the user/developer journeys related to the portfolio.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:

  • Collaborate with team members, colleagues across the Bank, and external stakeholders to enhance systems and user journeys, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
  • Drive business development in the squad, i.e. work with assessing existing IT systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements that optimize performance and user experience
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate findings, gather feedback, and ensure that IT solutions meet business needs
  • Support the Product owner and the engineers in your squad by being the advocate for user centricity and requirement gathering and development
  • Leverage your expertise to assist the Product owner in defining direction and exploring innovative strategies to enhance the team’s portfolio
  • Participate in test planning, user documentation and related work

About you:

  • Solid experience (3-5 years) in business analysis, customer journey methodology, documentation, testing, or related fields (in large, complex organizations would be beneficial)
  • Experience working in agile environments, with a willingness to experiment and iterate – and drive improvements
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable solutions
  • Integrity, curiosity and a pragmatic attitude that can shape things forward to grow the team
  • A proactive approach and the capability to work alone as well as collaboratively on a team – also when the surroundings can be complex and ambiguous
  • Commitment to continuous personal development, including obtaining and maintaining relevant certifications – and stay curious and informed about industry standards and advancements
  • Advanced English communication and stakeholder management skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
