Senior Business Analyst for Credit Journey Tribe

We are seeking a Business Analyst with experience in the credit domain to support the design, development, and enhancement of an orchestration-based credit platform.

Your role will be to bridge business needs and technical implementation, working closely with stakeholders across credit risk, underwriting, operations, and IT.

This role plays a critical part in orchestrating the end-to-end credit process, ensuring seamless integration of multiple systems (exposure, lending authority, decisioning, collateral, documentation, and financing process).

You will:

  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to credit workflows, rules, and process orchestration
  • Design and maintain end-to-end process maps of the credit lifecycle (e.g., origination, validation, credit simulation, loan promise, approval)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, 2nd line risk experts, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into orchestrated process flows
  • Define and manage user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery teams
  • Analyze capabilities of existing credit systems and recommend improvements to enable modular, scalable, and automated workflows
  • Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops and interact with stakeholders across country borders and organisational levels

About you:

  • Bring at least 2 years of experience years of experience working with credit processes, e.g. as an advisor, credit officer or subject matter expert within lending, mortgages, risk assessment or regulatory requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience with process orchestration platforms or workflow automation tools (e.g. Camunda, Pega, Appian, or similar)
  • Ability to work with API-based systems, microservices architecture, and understand how multiple systems interact in a credit decisioning flow
  • Knowledge of data interchange formats (JSON, XML) to understand how data is represented to effectively analyse data flows, identify data requirements, and translate business needs into technical requirements, ensuring that data structures in APIs align with business objectives
  • Facilitation and communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with diverse audiences
  • Think and work holistically, with the ability to identify and understand operational and business risks, while remaining curious and keen to challenge, yet acting with humility
  • Approach tasks with a methodical and structured mindset, ensuring efficient and effective outcomes
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
