Your Role – Senior Business Analyst:
Embark on a role where your insights bridge business and IT, crafting impactful solutions. You will join a cross-functional Agile squad, collaborating with teammates from India, Lithuania, Denmark, and Finland. You will:

  • Translate real business needs into actionable plans
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  • Craft and refining user flows
  • Dig deep with requirement analysis
  • Oversee the creation of test plans and carry out their implementation with expertise

About you:

  • You are an analytical expert with a good grasp of details and a zest for collaborative problem-solving
  • Thriving in dynamic environments is your second nature, and you are all about balancing strategic oversight with hands-on action 🌟
  • You have advanced English and stakeholder management skills

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • You have been in the trenches (at least 3 years) as a Business Analyst or you have dazzled in roles focused on quality assurance, requirement gathering, and data-centric tasks
  • You are a pro at mapping out processes and user experiences

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
