Senior Business Analyst

Our mission in the Core Financing Platform Tribe is to deliver core lending and lifecycle services for mortgages and bank loans across DK, NO, SE and FI., by securing high operational stability, compliant systems and enabling key customer journeys. We are approx. 180 engaged colleagues organized in 17 cross-functional teams across Denmark, India and Lithuania.

We are now looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Property and RD Customer team in Lithuania. The team, which currently consists of 10 team members, has the responsibility for Pubilic property data in Denmark, core mortgage collateral data and Realkredit Danmark’s customer systems.

You will:

  • Work within a high-performing, self-organised team committed to continuous improvement
  • Translate business requirements into epics and user stories, prioritising them within the SCRUM framework
  • Drive key initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and partner with the Product Owner to shape strategic direction
  • Test and validate solutions to ensure they fulfil business needs and stakeholder expectations

About you:

  • Bring proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial sector
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and derive actionable insights
  • Are skilled in understanding and working with data, including identifying patterns and connections, for example through work with APIs
  • Have experience with or an interest in learning SQL (Structured Query Language), a tool for accessing and analysing data in databases. While prior experience is a plus, a willingness to learn and work with SQL is essential
  • Approach complex challenges methodically, excelling in situations without predefined solutions
  • Communicate proactively and effectively with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment
  • Exhibit an agile mindset and showcase excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
