You will join a team tasked with managing several of Danske Bank’s internal payment solutions designed to support banking professionals in their interactions with customers.

Within Danske Bank’s agile framework, we are part of Payments Cluster – Enriching Branch Systems squad, operating under the Everyday Banking Individual Tribe. Our squad comprises members from Denmark, Lithuania, and India. We uphold expertise, trust, transparency, and collaboration as fundamental principles embedded in our core values.

You will:

Be responsible for the analysis phase by conducting use case and process evaluations of our current Teller System, which supports transfers, cash handling, and cheque processing. Formulate recommendations for migrating to a more advanced system and updating relevant procedures
Based on this analysis, you will develop both functional and non-functional requirements for the squad, as well as a roadmap for future development
Facilitate meetings and workshops with all stakeholders, guiding goal-oriented discussions in a constructive and collaborative manner
Support the Product Owner in executing the strategic roadmap for internal payment solutions and other Branch systems through 2028, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s overall objectives
Collaborate closely with other squad members within an agile framework, including developers and business analysts
Maintain oversight of compliance matters and risks, escalating any obstacles to the Product Owner as appropriate
Prepare roll-out plans (e.g., communications, training, SOPs) and oversee the implementation of changes
Conduct assessments, including risk evaluations, as required

About you:

Over 3 years of expertise within the banking sector with demonstrated experience working as a business analyst or project manager
Analytical approach and a structured working style
Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent tasks
A proactive and initiative-driven mindset, along with a willingness to embrace challenges
Advanced communication skills and ability to can convey complex materials in a clear and accessible manner
Ability to develop diagram flows based on collected data is viewed as an asset
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is considered advantageous
Advanced English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3600 EUR to 5400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
