Senior Analyst in Performance Management and Traction Team

The Performance Management & Traction team is part of the Technology Innovation & Foundation unit (Tech) and works alongside the Danske Bank Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and leadership team, overseeing approximately 1,400 colleagues.

The Performance Management & Traction team focuses on three key pillars:

  • Collaborating closely with leadership on their strategic plans to ensure delivery, monitor progress, and act as a sparring partner.
  • Contributing to a comprehensive financial overview and management information to enable informed decision-making.
  • Handling administrative tasks and support.

As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the leadership team and act as their trusted partner, supporting sound and data-driven decision-making. You will maintain an overview of deadlines and strategic objectives with a firm grip on financials and other administrative routines. Additionally, you will engage in a wide variety of interactions with members within the unit and stakeholders outside the unit.

The team consists of 10 people based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania, with varying degrees of seniority inside and outside the bank.

You will:

  • Sustain the monthly financial cycle, which includes planning, forecasting, and monitoring performance against set targets
  • Leverage your financial expertise and acumen to serve as a trusted advisor to area leaders, providing incisive analysis, insights, and guidance to drive sound decision-making processes, as well as assisting to identify risks and opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization through effective communication
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and engagement both inside and outside the team
  • Ensure a structured administrative foundation
  • Your specific responsibility areas will depend on your qualifications

About you:

  • 2-4 years of experience in an analyst or controller role within the IT finance area, with a genuine passion for numbers
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to quickly adapt to rapid changes and effectively manage a high inflow of information
  • Skilled at collaborating and engaging stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships
  • Self-driven and efficient, with analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail
  • Capable of handling tasks independently and driving results in a dynamic environment
  • Has Upper-Intermediate English skills, both in speech and writing
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude, ready to take initiative and lead projects

Monthly salary range from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
