Our tribe is responsible for developing and maintaining the group-wide workflow and case-handling platform, which powers and automates key processes across the organization.

We are in the process of building a team that creates AI-enabled capabilities, develops innovative solutions for process automation, and delivers significant value to the business using a “build once – use many times” approach. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our vision, experiment with new ideas, and test different solutions.

Our diverse team is spread across multiple locations, including Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, and India. You will collaborate closely with other squads within the tribe, stakeholders from different tribes and business units, as well as external vendors and partners.

This is your chance to drive innovation at the intersection of workflow, automation, and AI, while working alongside a talented team of developers, analysts, UX designers, and architects.

You will:

Develop and implement AI-powered tools and solutions for workflow and process automation
Build, optimize, and maintain scalable AI models tailored to workflow and task automation challenges
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities into our workflow automation platform
Drive continuous improvement by enhancing the functionality and performance of our Camunda-based platform
Stay up to date with the latest trends in AI and apply them to solve complex business challenges

About you:

5+ years of industry experience in software engineering
Proven experience in AI/ML development, with strong programming skills in Python
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems
Experience with data processing, machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and building scalable AI models
Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
A proactive mindset, with a focus on learning and contributing to innovative projects
Degree in computer science (or a related field) is a plus
Knowledge of workflow automation tools, such as Camunda, is a plus
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
