Risk Officer for Business Customers Quality Assurance

Are you excited about analysing data and preparing reports to improve quality performance?

You will be part of Quality Assurance Team within the AML area. We are responsible for assessing the quality and outcome of many different processes across the bank and participating in updating and quality-assuring existing guidelines and procedures.

As a Risk Officer, you will be responsible for verifying and promoting compliance with or exceeding the pre-established quality standards in the small-medium business banking area. You will engage with different stakeholders across the organization and provide reports on performed analyses as well as ensuring feedback and coaching for the assigned officers about analysed services and process improvements.

You will:

  • Analyse data and preparing reports to improve quality performance at individual and team level in accordance with internal rules and regulations
  • Identify and ensure constant improvement of service quality within a large and complex team by preparing action proposals
  • Ensure coherence in the internal and external quality assessment criteria, guaranteeing alignment with the agreements adopted by the stakeholders’ organization, intervening as an expert in calibration sessions
  • Optimise the use of the quality and monitoring tools and ensure improvements in the quality reports
  • Ensure close collaboration between the Quality Assurance team, its stakeholders and other relevant departments regarding quality management
  • Support customer centric and learning culture in the organization
  • Provide regular reporting to the management and stakeholders on related area

About you:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in AML area (knowledge of business banking will be considered as a benefit)
  • Strong attention to the details
  • Ability to give and receive a constructive feedback
  • Experience in developing or working within quality assurance frameworks and methodologies
  • Good skills with quality KPI understanding and planning actions against gap analysis
  • Stakeholder management experience with ability to influence and convince
  • Being analytical and structured
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate successfully across the organization
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
