Our Transformation Centre of Excellence is part of the Strategy & Transformation area. Our focus is on implementing strategic projects, programs, and themes spanning multiple Tribes, business domains, and customer segments. The team is located primarily in Lithuania (Vilnius) and Denmark (Copenhagen).

As the Project PMO, you will play an instrumental role in supporting major strategic projects executed by the Transformation Centre of Excellence as part of Forward 28 strategy.

You will be able to shape and directly contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices applied by the Bank, bringing in your experience and best practices.

You will:

  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, and collaborate with project managers to define project scope and objectives
  • Create and maintain project reports and metrics for stakeholders, assist in the preparation of executive-level presentations
  • Identify and document project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in the development and execution of risk mitigation and issue resolution strategies
  • Maintain project documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, meeting minutes and other relevant records
  • Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders, organize and participate in project meetings and workshops
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and practices, suggest and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project management methodologies, tools, and templates
  • Provide training and support to the Transformation Centre of Excellence team members on project management tools and processes

About you:

  • 2+ years of solid experience in project management and/ or project delivery support
  • “Can do” attitude is key
  • Attention to details and structured approach
  • Very good practical understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools
  • Ability to take ownership and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries without extensive supervision
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
