Are you driven to oversee and lead strategic initiatives with significant digital and commercial impact? We are seeking Program Managers to join our PC Strategy Execution team. This role is crucial for managing and delivering the commercial outcomes of the strategic programs constituting the Danske Bank PC Forward 28’ Strategy. The Program Manager will work closely with various teams including Tribe Leadership and Theme Integrators to ensure implementation and alignment across business units. This position is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the end-to-end delivery on key milestones and objectives.

You will:
Lead and manage resources allocated to the program efficiently, optimizing allocation to meet objectives within budget constraints
Drive end-to-end commercial delivery of the program and track progress of both digital and non-digital deliveries
Plan, set direction and provide a holistic, long-term view of the program
Identify and analyze potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact on timelines and deliverables
Establish and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and milestones to measure the success of the program
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating processes and recommending enhancements
Communicate progress and changes to key stakeholders including executive leadership and sponsors of the program
About you:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management and handling high complexity strategic initiatives from consultancy or financial services
Strong background in structured planning, OKRs, KPIs, risk management, and dependency mapping
Solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and present clear decision proposals in writing and verbal
Senior authority, assertiveness, and experience in leading cross-functional teams
Communication skills and the ability to challenge stakeholders and drive change
Monthly salary range from 5280 EUR to 7920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
