Our mission is to deliver core lending and lifecycle services for mortgages and bank loans across DK, NO, SE and FI., by securing high operational stability, compliant systems and enabling key customer journeys.

We are approx. 180 engaged colleagues organized in 17 cross-functional teams across Denmark, India and Lithuania, now looking for an excellent Product Owner to join our Loan & Payment Administration team in Lithuania.

You will:

Own a number of our core backend and critical mainframe services
Play a significant role in delivering new features as well as ensure operational stabilities
Be Initiative owner, drive and take ownership for the full process from idea to services are implemented, often in close collaboration with other squads
Play a vital role in ensuring initiatives drive system landscape improvements and modernisation while developing and deploying critical APIs to support digitalization of core processes
Drive and prioritize the backlog and being responsible for delivering agreed outcomes
Create a vision for the squad, direct and guide the squad members to deliver on the product backlog, though you will not have HR responsibilities

About you:

Minimum of 4 years of experience as Product Owner or Project Manager for IT development
You can create and deliver on a product roadmap. I.e., you possess great project management skills
A good understanding of building and maintaining backend solutions
Advanced English language skills
Experience working in an Agile setup
Strong communication skills, ability to set clear direction and motivate a team and stakeholders
Ability to manage the product backlog and prioritize it based on changing requirement
Not being afraid to “get your hands dirty” and go into the details when required
In addition, general knowledge about real estate processes and payment and loan administration processes is a benefit, as it helps to be able to speak the lingo so that things are not lost in translation

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
