Product Owner for Risk Tribe

Each of these squads is self-organized teams empowering its employees to take their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

In order to understand our risks, data is key. It is at the core of everything that we do as a bank and a risk management organisation. As a Product Owner working with data for risk management, you will get the opportunity to mix the business agenda with the Bank’s ambition to transform the tech agenda. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has an understanding of data as well as an interest in the risk management agenda.

You will:

  • Lead a squad to achieve your objectives and key results to progress on the data agenda for risk management
  • Be a vital part of executing the Bank’s tech agenda
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with key stakeholders on development and prioritisation
  • Focus on continuous improvements and agile behaviours
  • Align and collaborate closely with other Product Owners within and outside of the Risk Tribe
  • Set direction for the squad and contribute to achieving the mission of the Risk Tribe

About you:

  • Are capable of leading a cross-functional squad of 8-12 squad members
  • Have experience with IT development and digital transformation
  • Have experience in building up a team
  • Are able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Are able to set direction and communicate priorities in a clear way
  • Are customer focused
  • Thrive in an environment with a high level of empowerment
  • Advanced english both written and oral

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3840 EUR to 5760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
