Our team provide highly reliable and available risk monitoring solutions to establish the bank’s risk limits and support our overall risk appetite for a range of customer products. We play a crucial role in identifying and monitoring risks to enhance value for our customers.

You will lead a team that provides IT solutions enabling better products for the customers through better risk monitoring. The systems are the foundation for establishing lines – risk limits – and monitor risk against them for example credit risk on products, risk related to value of investment portfolios and counterparty risk related to derivatives trading. This role will also enable technology modernization by migrating systems to public cloud.

Located in Vilnius, Lithuania, we offer a flexible work schedule and hybrid working, allowing you to work from home 1-2 days per week.

You will:

Lead a team (squad) of 12 talented software professionals and business analysts based in Lithuania, Denmark, and India
Support and empower the team to deliver on top priority objectives and align priorities effectively
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including business owners, risk specialists, fellow product owners, and tribe leadership within the Risk & Compliance Tribe
Leverage a core understanding of IT products and software development to succeed in the role
Promote an inclusive and collaborative environment that values diversity and teamwork

About you:

You have relevant experience as a Product Owner, Team Lead, or in a similar role. Your leadership style prioritizes high ambition and respect, recognizing that diversity and inclusion are critical for delivering holistic solutions.

Ability to set the direction for your squad based on customer and business needs as well as the overall direction set in the corporate strategy
Ability to balance short- and long-term goals, always aiming for high quality solutions while balancing IT ambitions together with business priorities
Experience within financial sector and familiarity with banking products
Effective stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels
Experience in working agile and is motivated by driving sprint planning, sprint refinement, sprint retrospectives, etc
Experienced in project and program management
Interested in taking part in cross-tribe and cross-organizational leadership tasks
You a have relevant university degree within IT, math or economics or similar
Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
