As a Product Owner for the Communication Services Squad, you will be crucial in leading the transition towards making self-service the primary contact point across retail channels. This role involves a strategic shift from legacy systems to a future-proof technical setup, focusing on consents, push notifications, and SMS services. Your efforts will directly contribute to reducing operational costs while enhancing customer satisfaction and compliance with new business requirements.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office). This role does not include a relocation allowance.
