The squad is responsible for a key component, the Validation Engine, within the COSMOS solution, which is or will be integral to all AML reviews in the bank, including ODD, CDD, and EDR.

The role primarily involves backend work and requires some technical knowledge or experience.

The Validation Engine assesses all customer responses and case handlers’ work to ensure compliance, making our Risk and Legal departments, along with all internal service providers within the COSMOS solution, important stakeholders.

The role is independent and heavily reliant on trust. This is your team to build, and you are encouraged to develop innovative solutions to address challenges.

The team consists of three business functional specialists, six developers, and is currently in the process of hiring a tester. While primarily based in Lithuania, the team also includes members in Denmark.

You will:

  • Lead the business aspect of the Validation Engine
  • Set the agenda and roadmap for future developments
  • Act as team lead to ensure the team becomes a efficient unit
  • Balance short-term achievements with long-term goals
  • Serve as the negotiator between team members and external parties, including other squads, solutions, and architects
  • Own and prioritise the team’s backlog
  • Represent the team in all tribe-related activities

About you:

  • Guide your team using strong interpersonal skills to create an effective unit
  • Set strategic and technical goals for the Validation Engine, a critical backend component
  • Negotiate effectively with architects and developers to ensure project alignment and execution
  • Utilise technical knowledge or experience to fulfil the role’s requirements effectively
  • Advanced English skills

Monthly salary range from 5200 EUR to 7800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
