Process Partner in FC Solutions

At FC Solutions, we lead in developing and implementing IT tools and technologies to safeguard our customers, communities, and the bank against financial crime.

We seek colleagues driven by this mission. As part of the Value Chain Performance team, you will carry out detailed process analyses, craft compelling business cases for technology investments, and work towards transparency in financial and operational performance within the FinCrime area. You will also engage with stakeholders across the value chain, buildingpartnerships and aligning on strategic goals.

Our team is based within the FC Solutions domain in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

  • Performance Evaluation and Financial Analysis: Regularly conduct and present comprehensive operational performance and financial analyses, utilizing Process Analysis methodologies to identify areas of opportunity and improvement
  • Business Case Development: Set and uphold the standards for developing solid business cases for technology investments and conduct the cost-benefit analysis to justify investment decisions
  • Financial and Performance Transparency: Build a transparent view of the financial and operational performance, enabling informed decision-making and greater understanding across the organization
  • Project Manage and Report to senior stakeholders on the progress of the IT investment portfolio of End-to-End Processes and FinCrime Controls
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the value chain, using advanced communication skills to build and maintain good partnerships, ensuring alignment of strategic goals

About you:

  • Have 3+ years in similar roles with demonstrated experience conducting financial and process analysis and developing investment business cases. Academic education in the field of Engineering, Mathematics or similar Sciences would be considered as a bonus
  • Forge Significant Partnerships: Build robust stakeholder relationships across the value chain
  • Analyse performance and finances: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and analyses to uncover opportunities for improvement and investment. A high level of proficiency in MS Excel is essential. Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies will be a considerable asset
  • Structure Own Work: Set standards of organizing and monitoring work tapping on best Project Management practices.
  • Promote Transparency: Build a clear understanding of our performance for informed decision-making
  • Conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis: Demonstrate a solid analytical mindset and the ability to justify investment decisions through cost-benefit analyses and calculations
  • Work Independently and Communicate Effectively: Exhibit the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and possess advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Leverage Anti-FinCrime Experience: (Desirable) Utilize prior experience in Anti-Financial Crime within the financial sector to navigate domain-specific complexity

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3920 EUR to 5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
