As part of our Value Chain Performance team, you will conduct comprehensive process analyses, develop strong business cases for tech investments, and work towards achieving financial and operational performance transparency across the FinCrime area. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain, building partnerships and aligning strategic objectives.

Our team is part of the FC Solutions domain and is located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

Performance Evaluation and Financial Analysis: Regularly conduct and present comprehensive operational performance and financial analyses, utilizing Lean/Six Sigma (or similar) methodologies where appropriate to identify areas of opportunity and improvement
Business Case Development: Set and uphold the standards for developing solid business cases for technology investments, and conduct the cost-benefit analysis to justify investment decisions
Financial and Performance Transparency: Build a transparent view of the financial and operational performance, enabling informed decision-making and greater understanding across the organization
Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the value chain, using advanced communication skills to build and maintain good partnerships, ensuring alignment of strategic goals

About you:

Have 4+ years in similar roles with demonstrated experience conducting financial and process analysis and developing investment business cases. Academic education in the field of Engineering, Mathematics or similar Sciences would be considered as a bonus
Forge Significant Partnerships: Build robust stakeholder relationships across the value chain
Analyze Performance & Finances: Perform thorough evaluations and analyses to identify improvement and investment opportunities. Lean/Six Sigma experience is desirable
Set Standards: Establish standards and lead the development of robust tech investment business cases
Promote Transparency: Build a clear understanding of our performance for informed decision-making
Leverage Anti-FinCrime Experience: (Desirable) Utilize prior experience in Anti-Financial Crime within the financial sector to navigate domain-specific complexity
Conduct Cost-Benefit Analysis: Demonstrate a solid analytical mindset and the ability to justify investment decisions through cost-benefit analyses and calculations
Work Independently and Communicate Effectively: Exhibit the ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and possess advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective liaison with stakeholders and clear presentation of findings

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3680 EUR to 5520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
