Privacy Specialist

You will:

  • Provide support to the organisation in completing and maintaining up-to-date Records of Processing Activities
  • Assist in executing various privacy risk assessments (e.g. PIA, DPIA, TIA)
  • Identify risks and controls associated with data protection, ensuring assessments are accurate and compliant
  • Support the design and optimisation of processes related to data privacy and risk assessments, collaborating with stakeholders to implement necessary changes
  • Develop and maintain process documentation outlining procedures for privacy risk assessments and data protection compliance
  • Collaborate with local and international teams to ensure consistent application of data protection standards

About you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in privacy risk assessments
  • A solid understanding of GDPR and relevant data protection regulations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and support process optimisation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Legal background or qualifications pertaining to data protection would be advantageous
  • Experience in shared service centres or the banking sector is a plus
  • Advanced English skills, both in speaking and writing, is necessary

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2640 EUR to 3960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
