Operations Specialist with Danish Language Skills

We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join the Buying & Owning Real Estate HUB – Meeting Services team. Our team plays a vital role in supporting Danske Bank’s operations by focusing on achieving shared goals, fostering close collaboration with stakeholders in a global environment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services on a daily basis. The primary responsibility of our team is to assist Danske Bank advisers, who are based in branches, by providing essential back-office services for personal customers. These services are crucial for helping advisers prepare for the issuance of guarantees when customers are planning to buy a home, as well as managing other guarantee-related administrative tasks. By taking care of these processes, we ensure that advisers are well-prepared for customer meetings and enable them to provide efficient and accurate services tailored to the needs of personal customers. Our work directly supports a seamless experience for customers navigating financial decisions, such as purchasing property.

As we work closely with the Danish market, you will also have the opportunity to develop your Danish language skills, which can be an exciting and rewarding part of your journey. You will:

  • Be responsible for many different tasks, such as document preparation and analysis, data gathering from different systems and documents, customers’ future economy calculations, and other administrative tasks related to property or other types of loans
  • Communicate daily in the Danish language with colleagues and third-party real estate agencies, pension companies, and other banks in Denmark via e-mail and phone
  • Improve and optimize the process using Lean principles

About you:

  • Danish language skills (from B2 level) (for which you will receive a monthly language allowance, that depends on your language knowledge level)
  • 1+ years of experience within customer service or back office (finance related or international company would be beneficial)
  • A collaborative person with a high sense of responsibility
  • Great communication skills
  • Comfortable with routine tasks and are detail and quality-oriented
  • Proactive learner
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
