Operations Specialist for Bank Infrastructure

Do you have a curiosity for understanding the intricacies of building and maintaining internal bank infrastructure? We are looking for a talented and driven Operations Specialist to join our team within the bank infrastructure domain. This position plays a crucial role in our transformation journey and operates in a collaborative, cross-border environment.

In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of bank infrastructure while exploring the full lifecycle of client and correspondent relationships. You will also contribute significantly to risk mitigation by playing an integral role in control processes. Additionally, you will gain valuable knowledge about Financial Institutions, including Group Relations, Nostro Accounts, SWIFT messages, various broadcasts, and risk evaluations.

You will:

  • Design, establish, and maintain banking infrastructure to support smooth and uninterrupted operations
  • Optimise and oversee specific processes to improve both efficiency and overall performance
  • Be partner with cross-functional teams across various locations to drive organisational objectives
  • Track and analyse infrastructure performance, providing insights to identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Uphold compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

About you:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in operations within the banking or financial services sector
  • Solid knowledge of banking infrastructure and process optimisation
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Capability to perform effectively in a hybrid, cross-border team environment
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a collaborative mindset
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Intermediate skills in English

Monthly salary range from 1680 EUR to 2520 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
