Operations officer with Danish language skills in Selling Home Team

Would you like to join the Selling Home Team and work in close collaboration with global team members to deliver to customers?

Selling Home team provides services for personal customers in Buying & Owning Real Estate DK area when customers buy or sell a property in Denmark. Our team goal is to ensure the selling property process by handling document preparation, finalising sale, redeeming or terminating loans, releasing money, and other administrative tasks.

We are looking for reinforcement in a friendly, cheerful and professional team working with the Danish processes. Our team knows not only how to work hard, but also how to have fun. Would you imagine coffee breaks together on the roof top terrace? Or do you want to develop or use your existing knowledge of the Danish language while communicating with your colleagues in Denmark?

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Process various selling property tasks for personal customers in the Danish market
  • Communicate daily with advisors and colleagues in Danish and English
  • Handle emails and documents and take actions according to the content
  • Take responsibility for maintaining high-quality services for our customers
  • Participate in process improvement, automation, and migrations

About you:

  • Danish language skills (B1 level or above) (for which you will receive a monthly language allowance, that depends on your language knowledge level)
  • Previous back office or administrative work experience would be beneficial
  • Higher education
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills (oral and written)
  • Very good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand thoroughly and handle the tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and focus on the customer journey
  • Team member with drive and motivation to deliver high quality on time

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
