Operations Officer in Payments Team

Join our dynamic Payments Services teams at Danske Bank, where you will be part of a thriving community that specialises in various aspects of payment processing, including manual payment services for domestic and foreign transactions; enquiries on payment and payer information; erroneous payments handling; and managing charges for payments. Please note that we currently have several positions available in different teams.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance.

You will:

  • Deliver requested information on payments and customers
  • Manage payment charges
  • Create manual payments
  • Resolve unusual situations
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in Lithuania and the Nordic countries
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

About you:

  • Experience in an operational or administrative role in a large company
  • Attentiveness to details while working with high volumes of sensitive data
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills and sense of responsibility
  • Prepared to handle tight deadlines and cope with peak periods
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
