In our department we handle many different processes, varying in nature and complexity. You will be part of a team that consists of 15 members. A large part of the daily tasks is related to investigating and providing payer information, acting upon requests to handle error transfers for Danish, Swedish and Finnish markets.

You will:

  • Act upon requests to provide payer information
  • Handle requests to investigate incorrect transfers
  • Ensure the quality of services provided to our clients
  • Resolve unusual situations related to payments
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in Lithuania and the Nordic countries
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Manage workflows while meeting established deadlines

About you:

  • Previous experience working with operations or administrative tasks (would be an advantage)
  • Skilled in working effectively as part of a cohesive group
  • High level of accountability
  • Detail-oriented
  • Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
