Join our team of 18 skilled professionals who specialise in managing a variety of enquiry-related tasks.
In this role, you will assist Danish, Swedish, and Finnish customers by providing the information they need to validate payments. You will also serve as the point of contact to help customers retrieve or refund erroneous funds. Additionally, you will work with authorities such as the police and tax agencies, supplying them with the information necessary for their investigations.
