Operations Officer in Leasing for DK, NO, and NI Markets

Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where no two days are the same? Our small but skilled Leasing Operations team is looking for a new team member to help us manage leasing operations across Denmark, Norway and Northern Ireland.

We work with both Personal and Business Customers, so from assisting personal customers to supporting businesses, you’ll work on a range of interesting tasks with varying complexity. If you’re an Excel enthusiast, you’ll feel right at home here!

Our team includes international colleagues based in Lithuania, and we collaborate with teams across Denmark, Norway, Northern Ireland and beyond, giving the role a truly global character, right here in Lithuania. The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Be delivering everyday leasing functions like opening, closing and handling agreements for Denmark, Norway and Northern Ireland markets with precision and efficiency
  • Be resolving issues and handling daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Be collaborating closely with teams and stakeholders in Denmark, Norway and Northern Ireland to optimise solutions for our customers
  • Be working with the bank’s internal and external systems, ensuring high-quality and accurate inputs and outputs
  • Be maintaining process quality while actively seeking opportunities to improve or automate workflows using tools like Robotics or Lean methodologies
  • Be taking part in various initiatives and projects that drive innovation and operational excellence
  • Be supporting and contributing to process optimisation or simplification efforts to enhance overall efficiency
  • Be acting as a trusted partner in cross-market collaboration, cultivating strong relationships to deliver seamless solutions

About you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational or administrative/back-office role would be a beneficial asset
  • Critical mindset, detail orientation, focus on high quality and accuracy
  • Team player and goal-oriented
  • High collaboration and communications skills
  • Proactive learner and process innovator
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
