Operations Officer in Financial Services to Work with Finnish Market

You would be joining a team of 16 professionals in which we are handling back-office services for private customers in the Finnish market. All of your future colleagues are located in Lithuania.

We are looking for someone to support our mission to make the housing journey easy for our customers by providing high standard services delivered by growth seeking minds.

In this role, you will be responsible for administrating loan services for private customers in Finland, including housing, personal and refinancing loans. The communication with the customers will be mainly in written form.

Besides daily tasks, we will invite you to join quality and risk ambassadors, lean supporters, delivery or training communities, different initiatives, and small projects – you choose how you would like to develop yourself. We are looking for open communication and fostering creative ideas from everyone, by asking “what can we do better?”

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Administrate loans for private customers in the Finnish market – loan documents production, loan disbursements, redeeming of loans, collateral management, and changes on loans
  • Deal with analytical tasks (investigating cases and preparation of various bank documents)
  • Daily communicate with our stakeholders
  • Continuously look for ways to automate processes and improve customer service
  • Participate in process migrations
  • Take ownership of maintaining high-quality services for our customers

About you:

  • Back-office experience in banking or other finance-related international organization would be a benefit
  • Higher education would be considered as a beneficial asset
  • Finnish language knowledge is a favorable addition, but is not mandatory. We also offer an additional monthly bonus allocation, depending on the Finnish language level
  • Detail-oriented and able to rapidly adapt to new information
  • You are a proactive and independent person with great communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, when coping with peak periods to meet tight deadlines
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to work in accordance to our Hybrid work model (3+ days per week in the office)

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
