Operations Officer in Daily Services Agreements Team

You will:

  • Ensure that assigned tasks are performed in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing improvements and collaborate using the LEAN method
  • Monitor and escalate process-related issues
  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)
  • Create and update documentation and procedures
  • Participate in process migrations
  • Take part in common initiatives and events contributing to team well-being

About you:

  • Previous back office or administrative work experience would be beneficial
  • Analytical skills, excel, macros, openness to training in creating RPA solutions would be beneficial
  • An effective person with proactive communication skills
  • Ability to grasp concepts easily and effectively
  • Team-oriented person with mindset and drive to deliver high quality on time
  • Ability to take ownership of the tasks and focus on the customer journey
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
