Operations Officer in Customer Care Delivery FI and NO team (temporary contract)

You will have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team of 15 people that provide services in Everyday Banking Corporate such as accounts opening/closure procedures, implementing customer packages and ensuring smooth District (e-banking) features set-up for the Finish and Norway market.

We are looking for a colleague who would be focused on efficiency, team goals, seek to provide high-quality services to our Corporate customers, and be engaged in Lean culture.

Please note that this is a temporary contract. Expected end date would be end of February 2026.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you a different seniority for the role.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Ensure delivery of Everyday Banking Corporate day-to-day services for Finish & Norway business and VIP customers
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Have close collaboration with Finish & Norway advisers’ teams, stakeholders and optimize solutions for our customers
  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for the solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)
  • Be part of various initiatives and projects

About you:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an operational or administrative role would be a beneficial asset
  • Critical mindset, detail orientation

  • Team player and goal-oriented
  • High collaboration and communications skills
  • Proactive learner and process challenger
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
