Operations Officer in Cash Operational Services Team

We are looking for You to join our team of six people. You will have an opportunity to be part of a team that provides services in Everyday Banking Individuals, such as foreign currency ordering, cash transfers, account reconciliations, ATM dispute handling, and cash depot monitoring and controlling for the Danish, Finnish, and Northern Ireland markets.

We are looking for a colleague who focuses on efficiency and team goals, seeks to provide high-quality services to our customers, and is engaged in Lean culture.

* The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Handle various tasks within cash transactions, foreign currency ordering, ATMs and cash depot monitoring and controlling
  • Collaborate with team members, vendors, customers and other departments in the bank
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Communicate with vendors regarding other issues in a written manner
  • Participate in the process of continuous improvements in daily work and find the right ways to ensure great quality (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
