Operations Officer in Card Operational Services Team (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a new team member to join our team of 11 people. There won’t be much room for routine since we handle a diverse range of approximately 120 tasks. We support all markets in the Nordic region within the Cards area, from managing private cards exceptions to overseeing end to end processes for corporate cards. Can you imagine how rewarding it would be to become an expert at handling most of them? The team will help you with all the tasks and questions you may have and support you in learning and decision-making.

In addition to daily tasks, we will invite you to join our initiatives as quality and risk ambassadors, Lean supporters, delivery or training community members, and participate in various other initiatives and small projects – you choose how you would like to develop yourself. Perhaps you already have ideas or will come up with some in the future? These are more than welcome too.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 18 months).

You will:

  • Ensure delivery of administrative tasks of corporate cards ordering in different systems
  • Solve issues related to cards ordering and administration
  • Collaborate with Nordic teams to find solutions for case handling
  • Communicate with International customers and vendors regarding other issues in a written manner
  • Participate in the process of continuous improvements in daily work (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative role (would be an advantage)
  • Motivation and willingness to learn new things
  • High level of accuracy and quality
  • A critical mindset and attention to detail
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills (in both speaking and writing)
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing peak periods

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
