Operations Officer in Buying and Owning Real Estate Hub

We are looking for Operations Officer within Buying and Owning Real Estate Denmark area. Our site is responsible for handling various tasks when Danske Bank customers buy or sell a property in Denmark.

This is a great opportunity for you to increase your knowledge within the Banking sector and collaborate with a global team in an international environment.

You will be joining the team of 13 professionals, who take time and effort to improve themselves by constantly learning new process, participating in local and global projects, collaborating and supporting other teams, creating internal team culture with respect, strong values and willingness to have fun.

You will:

  • Process various tasks for private customers in the Danish market
  • Communicate daily with advisors and colleagues in English
  • Handle emails and documents and take actions according to the content
  • Manage daily deliveries of our 5 RPA (robots) – training will be given
  • Ensure the maintenance of high-quality services for our customers
  • Participate in processes improvement

About you:

  • Previous back office or administrative work experience would be beneficial
  • Analytical skills, excel, macros, openness to training in creating RPA solutions would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills and great attention to details
  • Ability to grasp concepts easily and effectively
  • Team-oriented person with mindset and drive to deliver high quality on time
  • Ability to take ownership of the tasks and focus on the customer journey
  • Danish language skills could be beneficial (depending on the knowledge, there is a possibility to receive a language bonus)
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills
  • Higher education or final year student with the ability to work full-time – would consider for Associate Operations Officer position

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
