Junior Officer in Payments Team

The Payments Services area at Danske Bank plays a vital role in facilitating secure and efficient financial transactions in an increasingly globalised economy. Our teams in Lithuania specialise in various aspects of payment processing, including cross-border transactions, domestic services, and manual payment operations. Each team is dedicated to ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate services, contributing to a seamless banking experience.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).

Please note that we currently have several positions available, including fixed-term (e.g., maternity cover) and permanent roles.

You will:

  • Deliver requested information on payments and customers
  • Resolve unusual situations
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in Lithuania and the Nordic countries
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives

About you:

  • Attentiveness to details while working with high volumes of sensitive data
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills (both in speaking and writing)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
