A great opportunity has arisen to join the Foreign Exchange (FX) and Money Market team, where you can embark on an exciting journey in a dynamic environment that offers excellent opportunities for personal, product, and market knowledge development.

As part of the experienced Foreign Exchange and Money Market team, you will be responsible for various back-office services, including data entry, data validation, and customer support. Your role will primarily involve computer-based back-office tasks of simple to medium complexity, with some client-facing responsibilities.

You will work in a team of around 15 employees and collaborate with another colleague during the night shift, which runs from 10pm to 6am on workdays (Sunday/Monday to Thursday/Friday).

You will:

  • Monitor Foreign Exchange (FX) and Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) transactions
  • Approve and enter trades, ensuring successful matching
  • Communicate regularly with various stakeholders within the bank and external parties
  • Investigate, analyse, and resolve arising issues
  • Maintain and enhance the quality of daily tasks to ensure the client receives the best possible service

About you:

  • Ability to work during the night is a must
  • Analytical skills and attention to details
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, make decisions independently in a fast-changing environment without compromising quality
  • Interest or experience in FX, money markets, finance and economics
  • Customer focus, ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to process large volumes of tasks and data
  • Upper-intermediate English skills

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
