Officer in Daily Services Transfers Team

Daily Services Transfers team serving customers in Denmark, Finland, and Sweden. Our team is responsible for ensuring smooth transitions for customers who have decided to leave their current banking arrangements. We are committed to delivering high quality service and support during these transitions.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Daily Services Transfer specialist to join our team. As part of a dynamic group of 15 professionals, you will manage daily operations and address customer requests from other banks. Your efforts will help maintain our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction.

*Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:

  • Assist in managing daily operations related to customer transfers
  • Handle customer requests efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

About you:

  • Previous experience in an operational or administrative role in a large company
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • High level of accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills (in both speaking and writing)
  • Knowledge of Danish, Finnish, or Swedish would be advantageous

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
