.NET Chapter Lead for AML Review

We are seeking for a skilled, experienced and passionate chapter lead who will grow and develop a team of skilled .NET Engineers in AML Review Tribe.

You will:

  • Be the HR manager for other skilled Cloud engineers (.NET), you being accountable for their growth both on a professional and personal level
  • Be participating in embedding best engineering practices enabling the building innovative IT solutions
  • Be responsible for uplifting people and process capabilities
  • Be developing tech uplift initiatives
  • Work closely together with the Tribe IT Lead, Tribe Architect and the other Chapter Leads to ensure we attract, develop and retain a team of highly skilled and motivated employees with a positive team spirit
  • Be responsible for your chapter and support chapter members in any need they have related to HR or their area of competence

About you:

  • Leadership experience in leading software development teams
  • Hands-on experience in software development ( .NET)
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture, Kubernetes, any of the public clouds (AWS, OpenShift, GCP, Azure)
  • You have a natural interest in seeing, challenging and fixing areas which could be improved, both in and outside the tribe
  • If you did work in Agile setups previously, this being a beneficial attribute but not a prerequisite
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 5760 EUR to 8640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
