We are Reference Data Operations (RDO) team within Market Services group. Our team consists of 8 skilled team members and we serve our clients as Financial Data providers in Danske Bank. We manage and control the database called Securities Master files (SMF) which contains thousands of various financial products used by investors, such as Shares, Bonds, Mutual Funds, ETFs, Derivatives, etc.

As a Team, we have two key objectives:

To collect market data and have required financial products registered in our database
Ensure that market data changes would be reflected internally in SMF

As Service Delivery Specialist you will be working on operational tasks while at the same time you will have a chance to share ideas and contribute to various projects and initiatives leading to higher efficiency and better customer experience.

You will:

Collect market data and register securities
Execute data quality controls
Adjust securities based on corporate actions
Price financial products
Handle inquiries related to market data

About you:

Higher education in the field of finance
General knowledge of financial products or trading would be an advantage
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Willingness and curiosity to learn new things
Advanced English knowledge skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1920 EUR to 2880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
