Markets Specialist in Free Payment Settlement (Maternity Cover)

We are looking for a team player who is keen on efficiently handling settlement related tasks worldwide and will, with attention to detail, deliver high quality on time, coupled with a continuous improvement of processes, systems, and automation.

Your role will include supporting our Large, Corporate, and Institutional clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. Daily, you will keep close collaboration with our stakeholders and attend their requests in a timely manner. You will maintain process quality and continuously look for ways to improve our daily processes.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role. The job offer location is in Vilnius.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract for maternity cover (expected duration: around 1 year).

You will:

  • Handle and monitor daily settlement tasks in global market
  • Investigate and solve trade related exceptions
  • Communicate with different stakeholders within the bank, external counterparties and custodian banks all over the world
  • Keep close collaboration within other teams in the bank
  • Contribute to risk mitigation, continuous improvement projects and automatization of processes
  • Continuously learn from other professionals and ensure knowledge sharing

About you:

  • 1+ years of work experience in the back office
  • Strong time management skills
  • Knowledge about financial instruments, securities, and data analytic skills would be an advantage
  • Ability to adjust to dynamic workloads
  • Higher education
  • Advanced English skills
  • Experience within settlement area would be considered as advantage

Monthly salary range from 1920 EUR to 2880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
