Markets Operations Specialist in Custody Settlement Services

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing high-value services? We are seeking a dedicated team member to efficiently manage securities trade settlement tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while continuously striving for improvement.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and major counterparties worldwide. You will uphold process quality and consistently seek opportunities to enhance our daily operations.

* Standard working hours are 09:00 to 18:00 EET. However, a few times per month, working on an afternoon (10:00 to 19:00 EET) shift might be required. We will agree on a working schedule with you. 

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Handle and monitor daily settlement tasks in global market
  • Investigate and solve trade related exceptions
  • Communicate with different stakeholders within the bank, external counterparties and custodian banks all over the world
  • Keep close collaboration within other teams in the bank
  • Proactively contribute to risk mitigation, continuous improvement projects and automatization of processes
  • Continuously learn from other professionals and ensure knowledge sharing

About you:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in financial services
  • Strong time management skills
  • Knowledge about financial instruments, securities, and data analytic skills would be an advantage
  • Ability to adjust to dynamic workloads
  • Higher education
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1920 EUR to 2880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
