With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team. As a Corporate Actions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing corporate actions for our clients’ investment portfolios. Your expertise will ensure that our clients’ investments are optimized, and all corporate actions are executed accurately and efficiently.

The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:

  • Monitor and analyze corporate actions including mergers, acquisitions, dividend payments, stock splits, and more
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of corporate actions in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including trading, compliance, and investment teams, to coordinate corporate action responses
  • Provide guidance to clients and internal stakeholders regarding the impact of corporate actions on their portfolios
  • Perform risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential risks associated with corporate actions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to corporate actions
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in corporate actions processing

About you:

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1920 EUR to 2880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
