About the Role

As management coordinator in Markets Cluster, you will have a wide range of tasks, and you will quickly increase your responsibilities over time while assisting a senior management team consisting of 6 leaders. The ideal candidate will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communication, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position offers a great opportunity to grow personal and professional skills.

You will:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising travel arrangements
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a point of contact for Markets Cluster management team
  • Event / Meeting Planning: Plan and organise tribe‘s events, coordinate meetings (including preparing agendas), conferences, and other functions as required
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Ad Hoc Duties: Perform any other duties as required by management to support their objectives

About you:

  • Experience being a management coordinator, personal or executive assistant
  • You are a structured person with a great eye for details
  • Have great communication skills
  • Innovative, positive and have can-do-attitude with a delivery mindset
  • Ready to work in a fast-paced environment and set priorities in a right manner
  • You are motivated and always looking for new ways to add value
  • Upper-Intermediate skills in written and spoken English

Monthly salary range from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
