Join our dynamic back-office team of 15 professionals at Danske Bank as a Services Officer – Associate.

In this entry-level associate position, you will be responsible for handling requests from other banks and transferring customers smoothly to their new banking service providers.

You will work across three key markets: Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office).

You will:

Process and manage requests for transferring customers to other banks
Ensure each transaction is handled with high precision to maintain service quality
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction
Handle and respond effectively in varying situations by thinking creatively

About you:

Strong eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Speed and efficiency in task management
Ability to solve problems creatively
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1160 EUR to 1740 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
