Junior Customer Welcoming Officer in Welcoming and Orchestration Lithuania

Welcoming & Orchestration Services (W&O) handles the onboarding of both private ad business customers, making sure every customer has a smooth transition into Danske Bank. W&O teams of 190 dedicated professionals works to make the onboarding smooth, ensuring it is efficient and easy for all customers.

Our team thrives on creativity, consistently proposing innovative ideas to enhance our workflows. We focus on delivering smooth, efficient onboarding journey for personal clients, ensuring compliance with AML regulations while maintaining a personalized touch every step of the way.

We currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in a primary work location in Vilnius, Lithuania.

This position doesn‘t offer the relocation allowance.

You will:

  • Investigate customer profiles, searching for unusual activity or indications of money laundering
  • Perform peer-review, focusing on case quality and details
  • Follow standard rules and procedures
  • Ensure timely, efficient, quality, and up-to-standard delivery, complying with AML requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvements
  • Perform variety of tasks as per agreed daily, weekly, or quarterly plan and maintain efficiency
  • Take responsibility for good teamwork and team spirit

About you:

  • High level of accuracy, focus on quality, and attention to details
  • Drive with willingness to acquire new skills and a high tolerance for an always changing environment
  • A team player with an open mind and a collaborative approach
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work full-time, at least three days a week from the office

Monthly salary range from 1160 EUR to 1740 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
